đ Sunday Reset: Embracing Stillness & Welcoming Fall

Hey sis,
Iâm just sitting here thinking about the weekend⊠and honestly, last week was a lot. I needed a full stop â like, two days where I did nothing. No phone scrolling, no running around, just me and⊠quiet. And honestly? It was exactly what I needed.
Sometimes I feel guilty for pausing. Sometimes I think I should be doing more. But sis⊠rest is not a fail. Rest is how we come back. Stronger. Clearer. Back to ourselves.
Now, today is Sunday. And if youâve been here with me for a while, you already knowâSunday is sacred. Itâs my reset day, my soft landing before a fresh week begins. But todayâs reset feels different, because itâs wrapped in the magic of fall. đ
Fall is truly one of my favorite seasons. The crisp air, the shift in pace, the cozy warmth of homeâeverything about it feels like an invitation to slow down and savor. I love the home dĂ©cor swaps that bring in the rich textures and muted tones of the season, I love the way a candle can change the entire energy of a space, and I love how fall routines naturally call us back to ourselves.
So here I am, Sunday night, easing myself back into my little reset routine. And with fall creeping in⊠oh, girl, it just makes everything feel softer. Cozy. Like everything can slow down and itâs okay. đ Hair messy, tea in hand, just letting it breathe.

Hereâs what my Sunday reset is looking like today:
âš Morning Stillness â I started the day with coffee, no phone, no rush. Just me, my thoughts, and the crisp morning air. I had âBloomâ by Aqyila playing low in the background â the perfect reminder that growth can be gentle and slow.
âš Home Refresh â I lit a soft, cozy candle (think amber, vanilla, and sandalwood) and switched out some of my summer decor for fall touches.
âš Self-Care Moment â A long shower, a fresh skincare routine, and slipping into soft loungewear that feels like a hug.
âš Slow Living Rituals â I spent time planning my week ahead, writing down priorities, and cooking a simple, warm meal. Nothing complicated, just nourishing.
đž Curated Finds of the Day
A plush knit throw that I could literally live in.
My ribbed lounge set thatâs basically a hug.
A fall candle â pumpkin chai, vanilla bourbon, or spiced amber⊠pick your vibe.
My journal â to spill everything and actually feel lighter after. Smells faintly of vanilla and paper, which makes the moment feel extra soft.
The beauty of fall is that it reminds us we can let go. Just like the leaves, we can release the need to constantly produce, constantly move, constantly be "on." Today, Iâm choosing softness, balance, and intentional stillness.
So, sis â take this as your reminder. Itâs okay to pause. Itâs okay to take the weekend off. Itâs okay to need stillness. And when youâre ready, youâll step back into your routine feeling grounded, glowing, and refreshed.
âš Question for you: Whatâs your Sunday reset vibe? Drop a comment or DM me â Iâd love to hear how you unwind.
Hereâs to our Sunday resets and embracing the cozy fall energy ahead. đâš
With luxury & love,
Tammie đ€
