✨Burned the Calories, Built the Glow: My Wellness Wednesday Reset

Okay sis… I started my Pilates back today, and let me tell you — I burned off the calories from last night and laughed at myself the whole time. 😂 You know that feeling when you indulge a little, and then your body is like, “Okay, let’s move, girl!” That was me this morning.


It got me thinking… we get so caught up in everything — work, errands, meetings, workouts, social life — that we forget the most important part: our inside glow. Our energy, digestion, mood, and confidence start from within. If your gut isn’t happy, sis, nothing else flows the way it should.



So I decided to reset my wellness routine this week — small, intentional moves that feel doable but make a big impact. Here’s my Wednesday flow:


Morning Reset – Warm water, a few deep stretches, no phone, no rush. Just me checking in with my body and feeling ready for the day.

Digestive Boost – Sipped my Iaso Tea to calm my system and support my gut. I also added a little energy shot to kickstart the day. Feeling lighter, cleaner, and ready to shine.

Pilates Energy Flow – That 20-minute session reminded me that movement doesn’t have to be extreme to feel amazing. Muscles activated, mind clear, energy up.

Mindful Meals – Whole grains, fresh fruit, greens, and healthy proteins. Nourishing my body without stress, letting my digestion do its thing naturally.

Evening Wind-Down – Journaling, reflecting on my day, sipping another warm cup of tea, and slipping into my softest loungewear. Little moments like these help me reset for tomorrow.
